Anyone with a professional network or audience can apply to become an AUPOD Partner. This includes accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, business advisors, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, agencies, content creators, influencers, and other professionals who can refer clients to AUPOD.

No. Joining the AUPOD Partner Program is completely free, with no setup fees or ongoing membership costs.

Simply complete the online partner registration form. Once approved, you'll receive access to your Partner Dashboard, a unique referral link, and a QR code that you can immediately start sharing.

Share your unique referral link or QR code with potential customers. When a new customer signs up using your referral link and successfully purchases an eligible AUPOD service, you'll earn a commission based on the Partner Program.

As an Active Partner, you'll receive: 30% commission on your referred client's first year of eligible paid services. 10% recurring commission every year after that, for as long as the client remains an active AUPOD customer and you maintain your Active Partner status.

Your commission is approved after the referred customer has successfully paid for an eligible service. Commissions are not earned simply because someone registers or clicks your referral link.

Once your approved commissions reach the minimum payout threshold, you can request a payout through your Partner Dashboard. Approved payout requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

The minimum payout threshold is AUD $50. Your commissions accumulate until this amount is reached.

No. Once a customer signs up through your referral, they become an AUPOD customer. Our team manages onboarding, tax and accounting services, customer support, compliance, and the ongoing client relationship.

An Active Partner is eligible to receive both first-year and recurring commissions. To maintain Active Partner status, you must refer at least five (5) new paying clients during any rolling 12-month period (excluding your own accounts).

If you do not meet the minimum referral requirement, your recurring commission payments may be paused until your Active Partner status is restored.

No. Self-referrals and referrals involving your own business or related entities are not eligible for commissions.

No. Referral commissions are only available for eligible new customers who have not previously purchased AUPOD services.

If the customer's eligible purchase is refunded or cancelled, the associated commission may be cancelled or reversed in accordance with the Partner Program Terms & Conditions.

No. There is no limit to the number of eligible customers you can refer or the commissions you can earn.

Your referral link and QR code remain valid while your Partner account is active. Customers who use your referral link will be attributed to your account in accordance with the Partner Program Terms & Conditions.

Yes. AUPOD may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program, commission structure, eligibility requirements, or terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Partner Dashboard or by email.
